3-Ingredient Mango Mochi

A delightful and easy dessert combining chewy mochi with the sweet flavor of mango.

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup sweet rice flour (mochi flour)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Cornstarch (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup sweet rice flour, 1/2 cup mango puree, and 2 tablespoons sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe dish and cover it.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute, stir the mixture, then microwave for another minute.
  4. Dust a clean surface with cornstarch, pour the cooked mochi mixture onto it, and let it cool.
  5. Once cool, cut the mochi into small squares or use cookie cutters for fun shapes. Enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover mango mochi in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within a few days.
