A refreshing and easy 3-Ingredient Mango Sorbet perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango, lime juice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for about 120-180 minutes, or until firm.
  3. Before serving, let the sorbet soften for a few minutes at room temperature, then scoop and enjoy.
