Addictive Crack Pasta Salad

A refreshing and easy pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings, packed with vibrant colors and flavors.

  • 8 oz Short Pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the short pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Add in the black olives, Italian dressing, and garlic powder. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  4. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more dressing or garlic powder based on your preference.
  5. Cover the salad and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
