  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine the grated carrots in a large bowl.
  2. Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, honey (or maple syrup), and chili flakes in a separate bowl to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the carrots and toss well to combine.

Notes
