  • 1 cup whipped cream or ice cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the sliced bananas with sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Mix the flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, and salt until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the banana mixture over the batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  7. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
