Juicy and flavorful chicken bites that are perfect for parties, game days, or family dinners.

  • 1 pound of chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by rinsing the chicken pieces under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss them well to coat all the pieces evenly with the seasoning.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little more olive oil if needed.
  5. Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken pieces in a single layer.
  6. Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce. Can be added to salads or wraps.
