Cajun Cream Cheese Alfredo Bowties with Spiced Ground Beef

A rich and creamy pasta dish combining bowtie pasta, spiced ground beef, and a zesty Cajun Alfredo sauce.

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Cajun spice mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in Cajun spice mix, then add cream cheese and Alfredo sauce, stirring until smooth.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Notes

For added spice, increase the amount of Cajun spice mix to taste. Substitute bowtie pasta with any pasta of choice.
