Cheesecake Salad

A light and fruity mix that tastes like cheesecake in a bowl.

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  3. Add the mixed berries and fold in gently.
