Cheesy Beef Tacos

Delicious and satisfying tacos made with crispy tater tots and seasoned ground beef, topped with melted cheese.

  • 2 cups crispy tater tots
  • 1 pound seasoned ground beef
  • 1 cup melted cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. Cook the seasoned ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
  4. Assemble each taco by placing a layer of crispy tater tots, followed by seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and a drizzle of nacho cheese sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides to create a wrap, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, fry the tater tots instead of baking. Customize toppings based on your preferences.
