Cheesy Taco Sticks are a fun and tasty snack perfect for parties or cozy nights at home, featuring seasoned meat, creamy cheese, and flaky crescent rolls.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the seasoned meat and a sprinkle of cheese on each triangle.
  6. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, pinching edges to seal.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Make sure to drain the fat from the ground beef well and don’t overfill the crescent rolls to avoid bursting while baking.
