Classic Chicken Pot Pie Pasta

A comforting one-pan meal that combines the flavors of traditional chicken pot pie with pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the cooked chicken, frozen peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Cook until heated through.
  3. Stir in the cooked pasta.
  4. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until the cheese has melted and everything is well combined.
