Classic Chicken Salad

A flavorful and easy classic chicken salad mixed with crunchy vegetables and sweet grapes, perfect for lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, celery, bell pepper, red onion, and grapes in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce leaves.

Notes

Chill the salad at least 30 minutes for better flavor. Use low-fat mayo for a lighter option.
