Crack Chicken Tacos

Delicious and easy Crack Chicken Tacos packed with flavor, creamy chicken, and cheese.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked beef bacon
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 68 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Optional toppings: chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Place boneless chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Set the slow cooker to low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken and place it on a cutting board.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks, mixing in the cream cheese.
  7. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir everything together.
  8. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until they are soft.
  9. Scoop the shredded chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  10. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  11. Add diced tomatoes and crisp lettuce for some extra crunch.
  12. Serve the tacos on a platter, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in your favorite seasoning before cooking. You can customize these tacos with different types of cheese or additional vegetables.
