  • 2 cups Grilled Chicken (tenderly grilled or pan-seared)
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce (freshly chopped)
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
  • to taste Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, cook according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Grill or pan-sear the chicken until cooked through, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine pasta, chicken, lettuce, and dressing. Toss until coated.
  4. Add Toppings: Sprinkle croutons and Parmesan on top. Season with salt and pepper, then toss gently.
  5. Chill Out: If possible, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
