Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen

A comforting and delicious creamy ramen dish featuring tender chicken and fresh vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, spinach)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the chicken broth in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the sliced chicken, heavy cream, and soy sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, replace chicken with tofu and use vegetable broth. Customize the mixed vegetables based on preference.
