Creamy Garlic Chicken

A rich and comforting dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

Serve over pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
