Crispy Pickle Cheese Bites

A fun and tasty snack combining creamy cheese and tangy pickles, perfect for parties and casual treats.

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Nonstick spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped pickles, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs (if using) in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Form small balls or bite-sized portions of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese bites are golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm on a platter with toothpicks for easy eating, and pair with dipping sauces if desired.

Notes
