  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 20 ounces Cheese Tortellini
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.

  3. Cook the chicken: Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat for 360 minutes or high heat for 240 minutes.
  4. Shred the chicken: Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken right in the crockpot.
  5. Stir in cream and cheese: Add heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the shredded chicken. Stir well until everything is combined.
  6. Add the tortellini: Add the cheese tortellini to the mixture and stir gently. Cook on high for another 20-30 minutes until the tortellini is tender.

Notes

Check that the chicken is fully cooked before shredding; it should no longer be pink. Fresh ingredients enhance the flavor.
