Crockpot Marry Me Chicken

A creamy and flavorful chicken dish made in a crockpot, perfect for busy schedules.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot lightly with cooking spray or use a liner for easy cleanup.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, fully covering it.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 360 minutes or on high heat for 240 minutes, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  6. Once done, shred the chicken in the crockpot with two forks and mix it into the sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread. Consider adding spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
