Crockpot Taco Soup

A simple and delicious taco-flavored soup that is perfect for busy days and can be customized with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can beans (black or pinto)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked and drained ground beef, beans, corn, taco seasoning, beef broth, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper in a large crockpot.
  2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a healthier option, and customize with extra vegetables or spices to your liking.
