A fun and tasty way to enjoy a popular fast-food favorite, the Crunchwrap Supreme is a portable, customizable meal perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Large flour tortillas
  • Ground beef
  • Taco seasoning
  • Refried beans
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Tortilla chips
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, adding taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare the refried beans in a separate bowl and warm them up.
  3. Spread a layer of refried beans on a large flour tortilla, followed by the seasoned beef.
  4. Add cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and tortilla chips for crunch.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla up and over the filling, securing it into a hexagonal shape.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
  8. Slice in half and serve warm.
