Crustless Asparagus and Spinach Quiche

A delightful crustless quiche packed with protein and vitamins, perfect for any meal.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup asparagus, chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish or a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the chopped asparagus and baby spinach, mixing well.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy your crustless quiche!
