  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach (Kale can be used as an alternative)
  • 4 pcs Eggs (Consider egg substitutes for a vegan version)

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Fresh minced garlic can offer an aromatic kick)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (Feta or dairy-free cheese can be used for variations)
  • to taste Salt (Sprinkle in herbs to elevate the flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the spinach in a skillet lightly with a little olive oil until it wilts. Set aside to cool.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, chopped onion, garlic powder, cooked spinach, and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on the edges.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
