Delicious Keto Crunchwraps

Enjoy a low-carb, crispy crunchwrap filled with flavorful beef, cheese sauce, and fresh toppings for a satisfying meal.

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 4 Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato (optional)
  • 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, stirring until smooth.
  3. Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  6. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and let simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Warm one low-carb tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side, repeat with remaining tortillas.
  8. Spread cheese sauce on a warm tortilla, followed by beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, extra cheese, cilantro, and jalapeños if using.
  9. Top with another tortilla.
  10. Place the assembled crunchwrap in the skillet, seam side down.
  11. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook other side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before cutting in half to serve.

Notes

Customize your fillings with your favorite veggies or spices. For extra crispiness, bake the crunchwraps in the oven after frying.
