Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

A quick and tangy pasta salad featuring creamy dressing and bright dill pickle flavor, perfect for picnics and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped dill pickles, and diced red onion.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.

Notes

Serve cold or slightly chilled. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 3 to 4 days.
