Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and cooked chicken until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, bacon, cooked pasta, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
