Easy Fruit Salad

A quick and colorful fruit salad with a light honey-lime dressing, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit: slice strawberries and kiwi, halve grapes, and cut pineapple into chunks.
  2. Put all the prepared fruit in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk honey and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit. Gently toss the fruit so each piece gets a little dressing.
  5. Serve right away for the best texture and color.

Notes

Use ripe fruit for the best flavor and cut fruit into similar sizes for balanced bites.
