Delicious and fun Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs perfect for parties or a cozy dinner. Juicy beef and melted cheese wrapped in a buttery biscuit dough.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a little shredded cheese in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal securely.
  7. Brush the tops with the garlic-Parmesan butter mixture.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with ketchup and mustard for dipping. Add fresh veggies like lettuce and tomatoes on the side for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
