Deliciously creamy deviled eggs flavored with roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese, perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 45 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • A pinch of paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan covered with cold water and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs rapidly in ice water for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs gently under cool running water and rinse them to remove shell fragments.
  4. Prepare roasted garlic by wrapping cloves in foil and roasting at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until soft.
  5. Halve the eggs and remove yolks into a mixing bowl.
  6. Create the filling by mixing yolks with mayonnaise, Parmesan, Dijon, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  8. Garnish with parsley and a pinch of paprika before serving. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

For best results, chill eggs after preparing to enhance flavor and texture. Adjust seasoning to taste.
