Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

These Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are easy to make and offer a deliciously crispy yet soft snack, perfect for both kids and adults.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  5. Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Cut wedges the same size for even cooking. Don’t crowd the baking sheet for maximum crispiness.
