Healthy Protein Brownie Bites

Guilt-free brownie bites packed with protein, perfect for a post-workout snack or a midday treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with silicone or paper liners.
  2. Mix the protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the honey (or maple syrup), applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tin compartments.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before enjoying your guilt-free chocolate treats!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips before baking.
