Homemade Blackberry Coconut Pink Drink

A refreshing and fruity drink inspired by Starbucks, featuring blackberry juice and creamy coconut milk, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Blackberry juice (Chilled)
  • 1/2 cup Full-fat coconut milk (Well stirred)
  • 1/4 cup Freeze-dried blackberries
  • 1 cup Ice cubes (Optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze-dried blackberries (Extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add the freeze-dried blackberries to a large pitcher.
  2. Pour the chilled blackberry juice into the pitcher until it is about three-quarters full.
  3. Slowly pour in the coconut milk to create a cloudy swirl effect.
  4. Gently stir once or twice to enhance the marble effect.
  5. Fill serving glasses with ice if desired and pour the drink over the ice.
  6. Top each glass with extra freeze-dried blackberries and serve immediately while chilled.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
