Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots

A quick and flavorful side dish that elevates plain carrots with butter, honey, and garlic.

  • 1 pound of carrots, peeled and cut into similar-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the honey and minced garlic, stirring until combined and fragrant. Remove from heat.
  3. Toss the carrots with the honey garlic butter mixture, salt, and pepper until well coated in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Cut carrots into similar sizes for even cooking. Use room temperature butter for better melting.
