Delicious and tender baked boneless chicken thighs, fully seasoned for maximum flavor, perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep.

  • 1 teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (freshly ground preferred)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion Powder (fresh onion can substitute)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder (fresh garlic works too)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked Paprika (or regular paprika)
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (omit for lower sugar option)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (or a mix of dried basil, oregano, thyme)
  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (bone-in thighs can be used)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Place the boneless chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the seasoning mixture over them, making sure to coat each piece well.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a crispy exterior, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste.
