Juicy Cucumber Caprese Salad

A fresh and light salad featuring cool cucumbers, sweet cherry tomatoes, soft mozzarella, and fragrant basil, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Combine the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.

Notes
