Juicy Grilled California Avocado Chicken

A delightful dish combining grilled chicken with creamy avocado and fresh tomatoes, perfect for any occasion.

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Fresh tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the grill to medium-high and grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. Slice the avocado and tomatoes while the chicken is grilling.
  5. Serve the grilled chicken topped with sliced avocado and fresh tomatoes.

Notes
