Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine melted butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Add eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest, mixing until smooth.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
