Lemon Cheesecake Mousse

A delightful and refreshing lemon cheesecake mousse that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.
  6. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled in individual cups or bowls, garnished with extra lemon zest or fresh berries. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
