Longhorn Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

Quick and easy broccoli tossed in garlic butter and Parmesan for a rich flavor. Perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add the steamed broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat.
  4. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the broccoli.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh broccoli and garlic for the best results. Grate Parmesan fresh for better melt and flavor.
