Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Delicious low-carb wraps filled with cheese, tender chicken, and a hint of garlic, perfect for lunch or dinner.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded, or use rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 handful baby spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them easier to roll.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. If you want to add spinach, throw it in now.
  4. Divide the mixture among the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve them warm. You can garnish with extra parsley for added freshness.

Notes

These wraps are best served warm. They can be customized with different cheeses or veggies.
