Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken

A creamy, cheesy chicken dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for busy weekdays or impressing guests.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Paprika for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle them with olive oil.
  4. Spread the soup mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture and lightly dust with paprika.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy the tender, flavorful chicken.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the chicken to keep it tender and juicy. Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to the sauce for extra flavor.
