Delightful mini fruit pizzas made with sugar cookies, creamy topping, and fresh fruit, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sugar cookie dough (to make 12 cookies)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 4 ounces raspberries
  • 4 ounces blueberries
  • 8 ounces strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and bake the cookies according to the package’s directions. Allow them to cool completely.
  2. Combine the room temperature cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each cooled cookie.
  4. Top each cookie with slices of kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries, or any combination of fresh fruit you prefer.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
