No-Bake Mango Float

A delightful no-bake dessert combining luscious mangoes and creamy goodness, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream, chilled
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
  • 1 pack (7 ounces) graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional, for softening graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. Whip the chilled all-purpose cream in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add the chilled sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream. Continue whipping until well combined and slightly thickened.
  3. Arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish. If you want, quickly dip the graham crackers in milk before layering.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Arrange a layer of sliced mangoes over the cream.
  6. Repeat the layers of graham crackers, cream, and mangoes until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of cream and mangoes on top.
  7. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or preferably overnight.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Make sure your cream and sweetened condensed milk are properly chilled for better texture. You can also add other fruits for variations.
