  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup brownie batter (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each dollop.
  5. Drop a small spoonful of brownie batter onto the peanut butter cookies and use a toothpick to swirl them together.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
