Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie Bites

Delicious mini pies filled with cream cheese and topped with fresh strawberries, perfect for snacks or parties.

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (1 sheet) pre-made pie crust
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into small circles.
  3. Press each circle into a mini muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Once the crusts are cooled, fill each with the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Top with chopped strawberries.
  8. Add whipped cream if desired and serve.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling. Chop strawberries just before serving to keep them fresh.
