Viral TikTok Cucumber & Bell Pepper Salad

Enjoy a crisp, spicy salad made in minutes, perfect as a snack or light lunch.

Ingredients

  • 34 mini cucumbers, sliced
  • 67 mini bell peppers (orange, red, yellow), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp oil
  • 1/4 cup Ginger Sesame Dressing
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (add more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers and bell peppers into thin circles.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and combine.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Store in the fridge and use within 4 days.
  5. Optional: Serve over 1 cup of cottage cheese if you want more protein and are not dairy-free.

Notes

Slice cucumbers and peppers thin for the best bite. Use a good chili crisp oil for heat and flavor. Chill for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
