Asian Mango Glazed Chicken

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Pour the mango glaze over the cooked chicken and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the glaze to thicken.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
