The BEST Mango Salsa

A vibrant and flavorful mango salsa that brings a burst of sweetness and spice to your dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, avocado, red onion, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
  3. Add salt to taste and gently mix until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately with chips, on tacos, or as a side to poultry or seafood.

Notes

Choose ripe mangoes for the best sweetness and flavor. Adjust lime juice and salt to taste. For extra heat, add diced jalapeños or cayenne pepper. Mix gently to keep avocado pieces intact.
