Crockpot Turkey Breast

A simple and delicious way to enjoy a tender, juicy turkey with minimal fuss using a crockpot.

  • 1 boneless turkey breast (around 35 pounds)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme, optional)

Instructions

  1. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil.
  2. Season the turkey breast with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned turkey breast in the crockpot.
  4. Pour chicken broth around the turkey in the crockpot.
  5. Add fresh herbs on top of the turkey, if using.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove the turkey from the crockpot and let it rest before slicing.
  8. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Make sure to season well for maximum flavor. Adding diced vegetables like carrots or onions can enhance moisture. Check the turkey’s internal temperature to ensure it is fully cooked.
