No-Bake Cherry Yum Yum Dessert

A quick and delightful no-bake dessert with a creamy filling and cherry topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream or Cool Whip until combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve chilled, sliced into squares.

Notes

For a crispy crust, bake the graham cracker crust for 10 minutes and allow it to cool. This dessert is customizable with various pie fillings.
